Cboe Europe operates two regulated venues – Cboe UK (Cboe Europe Limited) and Cboe NL (Cboe Europe B.V.). Cboe Europe oversees and regulates all trading conducted on its markets and takes its responsibilities in this — and every other regard — very seriously.

Cboe Europe Limited is a Recognised Investment Exchange (RIE) regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Cboe Chi-X Europe Limited is authorised by the FCA as an Investment Firm.

Cboe Europe B.V. is a Regulated Market supervised by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets.

European Consolidated Market

The European Consolidated Market, as defined in the Rules, for any Security is the Displayed prices available for that Security on the following:

  • The Listing Market;
  • Cboe Europe; and
  • Turquoise.
