Statement of Commitment to the FX Global Code

In 2017, The Global Foreign Exchange Committee ("GFXC") established the FX Global Code – a set of global principles of good practice which provide a common set of guidelines to promote the integrity and effective functioning of the wholesale foreign exchange market. Cboe is committed to conducting its FX market activities in a manner consistent with the Code.

Platform Disclosure Cover Sheet

In support of The Global Foreign Exchange Committee's ("GFXC") efforts to improve the accessibility and clarity of existing disclosures, Cboe has prepared a Platform Disclosure Cover Sheet ("Cover Sheet"). Cover Sheets were developed by the GFXC to act as a good foundation upon which Market Participants can have additional bilateral discussions where greater clarity or detail on a firm's disclosures is required. Cover sheets also support Market Participants in meeting the range of disclosure and transparency principles within the Code.
